corporate date nights

June, july or august 2019

Offer your staff a unique opportunity to bond and build team energy and camaraderie while having a great deal of “dirty” fun.

Have the time of your life with your staff working in ceramics during Corporate Date Nights! Create your own team of clay explorers as you are taught the basics of throwing ceramic vessels. During the three-hour evening event, you and your staff will be shown techniques that have been handed down by past “masters” and usually are only available to the worthiest.

Each participant will make their own clay creation by hand or on the potter’s wheel, and understand how ceramic objects are made, glazed and fired. In addition, each person has the chance to keep their completed work which the staff of the NHCP will trim, fire and glaze for you.

What To Expect

Each group will be given expert instruction by internationally recognized ceramic artist Lenny Dowhie, Mitzi Davis and supporting staff. Each participant will be provided ready to use clay, tools and hands-on assistance. At the end of the evening, light snacks and adult beverages will be available. Approximately two weeks after the conclusion of the class, your works will be finished and available for pickup.
