if you cancel

We have limited spaces in all of our classes. In order for everyone to have access to our programs, we require that you commit to our classes by registering and prepaying to ensure your reservation. Let’s face it though, life happens. To keep our hardworking staff, instructors and students healthy, we ask that if you feel sick for ANY reason prior to class, STAY HOME and contact Program Manager, Mitzi Davis at nhclayproject@gmail.com to switch your class registration to a future date (if one is available) or receive a full reimbursement.

Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment of four is not met three days prior to scheduled class date. Additional class dates or full reimbursement will be offered for those who sign up for a cancelled class. Mitzi Davis will contact all registered participants through the email at least two days in advance to notify you of a cancellation.

THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

We are looking forward to serving the public this summer! While restrictions have lifted in most of Indiana, we feel that keeping some of our policies in place are important for the health of all participants. We ask that each participant comply with the following procedures to reduce the spread while attending our classes:

studio POLICIES

  • NHCP encourages all participants be vaccinated.

  • Upon arrival and departure, we will provide a hand washing area and hand sanitizer to all students.

  • Between each class session, NHCP staff will go through studio-wide cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and tools.

  • We have updated our class cancellation policy. If for ANY reason, you feel sick prior to the scheduled class, STAY HOME. Contact us to arrange rescheduling or full refunds.

THE RESIDENCY

The residency schedule is set September 1, 2022- April 30, 2023, and rules will adapt as we monitor the developments of COVID-19, but we currently require all accepted residents to be vaccinated. Additional policies will be communicated after acceptance into the program.
